Featured Startups
🚌 Student Startup: ElevateCircle
ElevateCircle is a knowledge exchange and connections platform designed for Fixing the way young adults get introduced to the professional world. Expert-driven vetted content, modernly delivered on a fast track by the new generation for the new generations, providing sanity, structure, and trust to the professional life development of the unsure young adult. Think of it as if masterclass and tik tok had a miracle child. Luchi Casale faced the problems that come with professional life development confusion and stress firsthand, and was inspired to create change. After testing the market diligently and talking to countless peers, the problem was clearly identified as one they all shared, and one Luchi needed to solve. College students are expected to answer questions like, “What do I want to do with my life, and how do I figure that out?” all while pursuing degrees. ElevateCircle was born out of the need for a new, modern solution to a decades-long headache. Its vision? To become the go-to “third space” in young adulthood, where ambition is guided, confusion is clarified, and big dreams find a concrete starting point. Connecting those who have questions to those who hold the answers, forging a direct path from curiosity to clarity. Built on the bite sized passing of expert knowledge, to amateur interests.

🚌 Student Startup: To The Trade
To The Trade simplifies the fabric and wallpaper sample ordering process for interior designers. Instead of setting up multiple trade accounts with individual vendors, designers can access samples from various textile brands on one platform with a single account. To The Trade drastically reduces the amount of time designers spend setting up trade accounts and ordering samples, while also increasing exposure for textile brands. Emma started To The Trade after working at interior designer firms, experiencing firsthand the inefficiencies of creating trade accounts and ordering samples through email and individual ordering websites. She believes that the time-consuming nature of this essential task places a burden on both designers and textile companies, which is felt acutely by the many small businesses in these industries. As part of the Accelerate@Shea 2025 Cohort, To The Trade is preparing to launch and transform the way designers shop for samples.

🚌 Student Startup: Academy Health and Learning
Academy Health and Learning, through the KnoMe.app, is redefining how student data is collected, stored, and used by shifting control from institutions to students and families. Instead of fragmented, siloed information locked in school systems, KnoMe.app creates a secure, student-owned, decentralized profile that integrates academic, social-emotional, and health data. This Whole-Person Roadmap empowers students with personalized insights, helps families make informed decisions, and provides educators with meaningful, AI-driven support tools. KnoMe.app is Jack's effort to use AI to scale what his mom, Salli Ford, worked on for nearly a decade at Academy Learning Center, where she personalized learning plans by taking weeks to fully understand her students before then and only then prescribing learning plans. By embracing self-sovereign identity and data-centric AI, KnoMe.app ensures that student data works for students—unlocking their full potential while maintaining privacy, security, and autonomy.
