Featured Startups
🚌 Student Startup: NatScrub
“Hi, I’m Ananya Kommineni, and I founded NatScrub to empower others who have struggled with skin issues like I once did. For years, I searched for solutions to my own skin challenges, feeling frustrated and disheartened as they took a toll on my mental health and self-esteem. I know firsthand how isolating it can be to feel like there’s no remedy in sight.
At NatScrub, we harness the power of South Asian natural ingredients, like Neem, Turmeric, and so many more, which have been revered for their medicinal properties for centuries. By blending these with modern chemical exfoliants, we’re crafting effective solutions for conditions often overlooked in the skincare market, such as Keratosis Pilaris.
There’s something profoundly empowering about learning to utilize the world’s natural ingredients for your skin. It connects us to ancient wisdom and traditions while fostering a sense of agency over our own health and beauty. Understanding how to harness nature’s gifts enhances our skin and also nurtures our self-confidence. With NatScrub, I strive to ensure that no one has to endure the feelings I experienced; our products are designed to uplift both skin and spirit. At NatScrub, we believe that everyone deserves to feel confident in their skin, and together, we can embrace our unique beauty, empowered by nature's wisdom.”
